Evaluations are conducted remotely, allowing clients across multiple states to access services conveniently and securely.
Fee Structure
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
Immigration Evaluation Fee
$1500 per evaluation
This fee includes:
Intake review
Clinical interview(s)
Psychological testing (if applicable)
Collateral review
Attorney consultation
Full written report
Payment is divided into two parts:
$750 deposit due before the first appointment
$750 balance due before the final report is released
Additional Fees
Some cases require additional time beyond the standard evaluation. These services are billed at:
Additional Clinical or Administrative Time
$150 per hour
This may include:
Report revisions requested by attorneys
Additional interviews
Extended collateral review
Supplemental letters or documentation
Court Attendance & Testimony
If your case requires the provider to appear for court, testify, or participate in hearings:
Court Appearance Rate
$250 per hour
This includes:
Travel time
Testimony
Preparation time
Standby time
Travel Requirements
For court appearances requiring more than two hours of travel:
Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate
Hotel accommodations when mileage is greater than 75 miles.
Reasonable per‑diem for meals and incidentals
A non‑refundable minimum fee of $500 is required to reserve the provider’s time for scheduled hearings.
